Common questions
- How long does a surfboard repair take in Biarritz?
- In peak season, turnaround is 72h. Off-season, we can often repair same day or next day. An express service (+€25) is available for urgent repairs.
- Where do I drop off my board for repair?
- You must contact us before coming by (call or WhatsApp). We'll send you the exact drop-off address. Two locations: Grande Plage (Biarritz) and 5 Cantons (Anglet). Local delivery available for €15.
- How much does a surf ding repair cost?
- A ding under one inch costs €20 on the deck or bottom, €25 on the rail. Over an inch, expect €30–€40. All quotes are confirmed in person at drop-off.
- Do you fix snapped surfboards?
- Yes. We repair shortboards and longboards that are snapped, buckled, or delaminated. Prices start at €75 for a buckled shortboard, €100 for a full snap.
- Can I borrow a board while mine is being repaired?
- Yes, loaner boards are available subject to stock. €15/day for a foam board, €25/day for a resin board. Let us know in advance to reserve one.
